Teya and AoA use your personal information strictly for Teya and AoA business purposes. The information we collect from our customers is used to fulfill your registration needs, contact you about your registration status when we need to, and send you information on our other Title VI Training and Technical Assistance products or services.  We may also use your information to compile statistics on our conferences, evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising, process payments for your orders, enhance the effectiveness of our operations, and provide quality service to our customers. All survey information is collected and posted anonymously.

When collecting particularly sensitive information from our customers, such as credit card numbers, Teya and AoA use 128-bit encryption secure server technology to ensure that this information you submit to us online is safe. While encrypted, a third party cannot read this information while it is in transit.

Teya and AoA may also collect some Web-based information from our customers such as IP addresses, browser types, referring URLs, domain types (e.g., .com or .org), or search terms used by search engines to find our website. It is never disclosed to third parties or used to collect other personal information about our website users.  Teya will only retain your information as a means to contact you regarding the Title VI Training and Technical Assistance contract with the Administration on Aging.
